General sessions are for all players and ages
No contract required
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7:30pm
For non-traveling members beginners to intermediate

Current Daily rate:
$25 / session
Daily rate effective June 1st:
$30 / session
What to expect
– Start with warmup stretches
– Player will be learning the fundamental skills of serving, passing, setting, blocking, and spiking
– Coaches will be giving instruction and assisting players
– There will be water breaks throughout the sessions. BE SURE TO BRING WATER. There are also drinks for sale at flames concession
– Players will end with 15-20 min of in game situations playing it out
